ILT Activity

A new hire training was developed for Brightstar's Call Center. As a part of the ILT, this activity was created to reinforce their knowledge of the Confluence content repository, Call Center Cafe. The questions came from the module associated with Call Center Cafe and was developed using Microsoft Word as a part of the training collateral used by the facilitator.
