My Approach

I design learning experiences that help people do their work better, clearly, confidently, and with purpose. My background spans instructional design and technical writing. Because of that blend, I can translate complex ideas into learning that feels usable, human, and grounded in real work.

My Experience

Over the past eight years, I have owned learning from strategy through delivery across eLearning, VILT, ILT, and blended environments. I am especially strong at building structure where things feel unclear. Specifically, I turn evolving processes, technical content, and organizational change into learning that supports performance, not just completion.

My Use of AI

My work is deeply informed by AI. I use generative AI as a thinking partner throughout the learning lifecycle to accelerate analysis, prototype content, and test approaches. As a result, I move faster and smarter while keeping the learner experience front and center. The work remains intentional, ethical, and human-led.

My Foundation

I come from a family of educators, and that foundation still guides how I work. I respect the learner, stay clear with intent, and design with care. Ultimately, my goal is always the same: create learning that people remember because it helps them succeed.
