Situation
• Experienced employees often perceive AI as something built for engineers, developers, and technical specialists, not for operational roles grounded in years of institutional knowledge.

Task
• Design a short, emotionally engaging video that reframes AI as a tool that enhances expertise rather than replacing it, while demonstrating modern AI-assisted content production.

Action
• Designed the learning strategy and narrative around a relatable employee persona, developed a cinematic production plan, wrote the dialogue, directed AI-generated characters and scenes, created an original documentary-style score, and assembled the final trailer using AI-assisted workflows and professional video editing.

Result
• Produced a concise, story-driven AI adoption trailer that brings together instructional design, storytelling, change management, creative direction, prompt engineering, AI-assisted media production, and post-production editing in a single portfolio piece. It shows how generative AI can accelerate content creation while keeping human strategy, creativity, and judgment at the center of the work.
