My passion for delivering training that promotes learner proficiency drives me to provide creative, impactful, and engaging content.

I have over nine years of combined Instructional Design/Technical Writing experience. Working in both of these fields, along with my experience in customer service, provides me with not only the skills but also the desire to provide the best content possible to the learner.

I’m enthusiastic about the changes and growth that can be seen in eLearning, VILT, ILT, and blended learning. I come from a family of educators and value the skills it takes to convey an idea to a learner in a manner that is engaging and can easily be retained.

I am proficient in using Articulate Storyline 360, TechSmith Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud to develop impactful training and videos.
