Call Center Video

This was one of three videos to encourage call center agents to follow general guidelines of professionalism. The script was written with the general concept provided by the SME. The images and video were from Pexels.com and eLearningBrothers.com. The voiceover talent was also the SME for this project. Editing of the audio was done in Adobe Audition.
