Module3: HaloIT System Training
PowerPoint Training Module
Brightstar's Call Center requested their new hire training be revamped. The training was broken down into eight modules. The third module in the training was dedicated to Brightstar’s mobile incident tracking system, HaloIT. The PowerPoint deck in this example was created to provide the necessary information required for a new hire to be able to understand and use the system. The ILT training document was created using Microsoft PowerPoint.
