Situation
• Call center agents did not have a clear line of sight into how their role contributed to the company's bottom line, which affected engagement and perceived value of the work.
Task
• Create a live-action video that helps agents understand how their day-to-day role connects to broader business outcomes.
Action
• Wrote the script, procured in-house talent, and purchased the creative assets.
• Filmed each scene, handling lighting, audio, and shot-list accuracy, including multiple green-screen CGI scenes.
• Edited the video and audio and produced the final cut in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Audition.
Result
• Delivered a complete live-action video owned end to end, from concept and casting through final edit.
• Demonstrates full traditional production capability: scripting, directing, filming, lighting, audio, and post-production in one project.
