Inside the Build
AI Forward Live 2026 is a self-directed portfolio project: a fictional company-wide employee summit that translates executive AI strategy into an experience employees can actually feel ready for. Built around the theme ``Human Expertise. Amplified.``, it pairs an executive keynote deck with a single cinematic summit film that runs from an opening sizzle through a TED-style fireside chat and two original concert performances. Designed and produced end to end, it demonstrates the full arc from boardroom vision to employee experience, owned by one person, and lands on a single idea: AI accelerates the work, and human judgment chooses what to do with it.
Situation
Leadership teams have a vision for AI, but employees rarely share it. The gap between an executive’s strategy and a worker who feels confident about their role in an AI-enabled future is wide, and most corporate rollouts widen it further by leading with features and jargon instead of people. I wanted a portfolio piece that closed that gap the way I would for a real organization.
Task
Design and develop an experience that would make AI feel approachable, practical, and relevant to employees across every function and level of technical expertise, while connecting it credibly to executive vision. Employees needed to understand why AI mattered, how it would support their work, and where human judgment would stay essential. To do it convincingly, I built a fictional company summit, AI Forward Live 2026, and produced it to the standard a real enterprise event would demand.
Action
I led the project from concept through execution. I built the campaign strategy and messaging framework, the visual identity and event branding, and the employee communications approach, anchoring everything to the theme “Human Expertise. Amplified.” and the principle that AI accelerates the work while human judgment chooses what to do with it. I designed the executive summit presentation that carries the business rationale and the employee takeaways, then produced a single cinematic summit film that moves through an opening sizzle reel, a TED-style fireside chat between fictional leaders Maya Carter and Kenji Sato moderated by Sofia Alvarez, and two original concert performances, closing on an employee montage that lands the campaign message. Across all of it I generated imagery with Leonardo, Dzine, and EasyPeasy.AI, and produced cinematic footage with Higgsfield and Kling. I generated original music with Suno and MusicGeneratorAI, designed the executive deck in PowerPoint, sourced supporting elements from GraphicRiver, and assembled, mixed, and rendered the final film in Camtasia. Claude and ChatGPT supported ideation, scripting, and prompt development throughout.
Result
The finished piece moves cleanly throughout the summit: an executive keynote deck and one cinematic summit film that together stage a believable company-wide AI event. As a demonstration of capability, it proves I can own the entire arc alone, from translating executive strategy into employee-focused messaging, to building a cohesive visual identity, to producing multi-format presentation and video content that holds together as a single experience. It is direct evidence of how I approach enablement: helping people understand not just what is changing, but why it matters and how they will succeed within it, while using AI to accelerate the production and keeping human judgment in control of the outcome.
