Situation
• Brightstar's Global Marketing and Sales Solution team needed short videos giving a brief overview of several products. The initial request was for use at Mobile World Congress (MWC).
• After assessing the need with the SME, it became clear the videos should also serve general purposes such as RFPs, not just the conference.

Task
• Develop a video that gives a clear overview of how AppleCare Services is used with Brightstar products, suitable for both a high-profile conference audience and reuse in sales documents.

Action
• Developed the script, edited the video in Adobe Premiere Pro, and procured soundtrack music from AudioJungle.
• Built the piece so it would hold up in two contexts, a live international conference and asynchronous RFP review.

Result
• Delivered a product overview video used at Mobile World Congress and repurposed for RFP and general-use scenarios.
