Video Training Overview

Brightstar has an in-house software tool called HaloIT that is used for tracking mobile incidents and process claims. This video was developed for our call center agents and any users that would the tool. The video was developed using TechSmith Camtasia. The voice-over talent was a team-member of L&D and was edited using Adobe Audition. The images used were from Pexels.com and eLearningBrothers.com. The audio was from AudioJungle.com.
