Situation
• Customers using the online portal needed a clear visual guide to the process they would actually follow, rather than written instructions alone.

Task
• Produce a process demonstration that walks through the customer experience in the portal step by step.

Action
• Recorded the screen and followed the exact process a customer would take through the portal.
• Completed all editing in TechSmith Camtasia, with imagery sourced from eLearningBrothers and soundtrack from Envato AudioJungle.

Result
• Delivered a screen-based process demo covering the customer portal workflow end to end.
