Situation
• Priority Payments needed a concise, client-ready way to explain a growing suite of products to both internal teams (Go-to-Market and Sales) and external clients.
• Existing explanations did not clearly differentiate the products, which made sales conversations harder and inconsistent.

Task
• Design and deliver a short explainer video that clearly communicated the differences between the products and could be reused across sales enablement and go-to-market workflows.

Action
• Led the end-to-end design and production, translating product information into a structured, audience-friendly narrative.
• Designed the storyboard and visual flow, produced the video in TechSmith Camtasia, sourced licensed background audio from AudioJungle, and coordinated professional voiceover through Fiverr.
• Made deliberate decisions on pacing, visual hierarchy, and messaging so the single asset worked for both internal enablement and external client audiences.

Result
• Delivered within five business days and approved for use by both the Sales and Go-to-Market teams.
• Improved clarity around product differences during client conversations.
• Worked within a five-business-day timeline while supporting two distinct audiences with one asset.
