Situation
Priority Payments needed a concise, client-ready way to explain a growing suite of products to both internal teams (Go-to-Market and Sales) and external clients. Existing explanations did not clearly differentiate the products, making sales conversations more difficult and inconsistent.

Task
I was responsible for designing and delivering a short explainer video that clearly communicated the differences between the products and could be reused across sales enablement and go-to-market workflows.

Action
I led the end-to-end design and production of the explainer video, translating product information into a structured, audience-friendly narrative. I designed the storyboard and visual flow, produced the video using TechSmith Camtasia, sourced licensed background audio from AudioJungle, and coordinated professional voiceover narration through Fiverr. I made deliberate decisions around pacing, visual hierarchy, and messaging to ensure the video was equally effective for internal enablement and external client audiences.

Result
The video was delivered within five business days and received positive stakeholder feedback. It was approved for use by both Sales and Go-to-Market teams and successfully improved clarity around product differences during client conversations.
