Situation
• When collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders who are not accustomed to the development process, storyboarding can feel like a foreign concept, which makes sign-off on a live-action video harder.

Task
• Give the client a way to fully visualize how the live-action video would come together, rather than reviewing a static storyboard they could not easily picture.

Action
• Instead of a static storyboard presentation, built an animated version in Powtoon, a cloud-based animation tool.
• Produced a simulated version of the project so stakeholders could see the intended pacing and flow of the planned live-action video.

Result
• Delivered an animated storyboard that let the client preview the live-action concept before filming.
