Inside the Build

Situation
• Organizations are introducing AI into the workplace faster than they are preparing employees for it. People are uncertain about what AI means for their roles, their expertise, and their value.
• Most corporate AI launches deepen that anxiety by leading with the technology instead of the people using it. I wanted a portfolio piece that solved this problem the way I would solve it for a real employer.

Task
• Design and produce an internal launch campaign that introduces AI in a practical, approachable way, reinforces the value of human expertise, reduces fear and resistance, and builds interest in an upcoming AI learning program, all without falling into technology-first messaging.
• To do it credibly, I built a fictional pharmaceutical company, Veridyne, with its own brand, voice, and AI adoption initiative, and produced the work to a standard a real enterprise would ship.

Action
• Led the project from concept through final render.
• Developed the core message, that AI accelerates the work and human judgment chooses what to do with it, and built the campaign around it.
• Created the learning strategy and storyboard, wrote the script, and directed the visual treatment toward realistic, human-centered workplace imagery rather than science-fiction aesthetics.
• Engineered the prompts and generated visuals and footage with Leonardo, Higgsfield, and Kling, produced the voiceover in Synthesia, generated an original score, refined assets in Canva, and assembled, mixed, and rendered the final film in Camtasia.
• Used Claude and ChatGPT to support ideation, scripting, and prompt development throughout.

Result
• The finished launch film reads like a brand film, not a training video, and serves as the opening asset of a four-module AI enablement program I also designed.
• It demonstrates the full arc I can own alone: learning strategy, creative direction, prompt engineering, multimedia production, and the editorial judgment to make a dozen AI-generated elements feel like one coherent, trustworthy experience.
• It is direct evidence of how I work with AI: accelerating production while keeping human judgment in control of the outcome.
