Providing Innovative Instructional Storytelling
Storytelling is a creative element in an instructional designer’s toolbox.
By using storytelling, I can connect with the learner’s emotions and imagination.
Storytelling allows me to convey an idea or concept that leads to a
memorable and sticky learning experience.
Creative Training
Creative training uses innovative training ideas that engage the learner while remaining on brand and within compliance guidelines.
ID Process
Instructional Design is a systematic process of providing learners the content and theory to help them understand a complex idea in terms they understand.
Innovative Storytelling
By creating a relatable comparison to a learner’s life experiences, the content is more engaging, allowing the learner to retain the information.

Tracy was hired as Brightstar Corporation’s first Technical Writer. Tracy quickly came up to speed on Brightstar’s SaaS based solutions and services for domestic and international clients. Within weeks she was developing technical documentation as well as introduced SOP and FAQ’s. She collaborated closely with various LOB’s for program launches. Tracy easily crossed over to the Instructional Designer role coupled with Videographer. She is a well-rounded employee who adapts well to any environment.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tracy for over four years as a part of the Brightstar L&D Team. During that time, I witnessed her talent, skills, and character. She is self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines. Her great relationship with her peers enabled her to easily collaborate with subject matter experts when developing and designing learning solutions. Her creativity is reflected in the videos developed for various clients. She reinvents herself by learning new skills to implement in future projects.
Claudine Mveng-Sanchez
Sr. Manager, Instructional Designer at Brightstar Corp.
While at Brightstar, Tracy worked with me and our product management team to create technical documentation and training for multiple audiences/end users. One of her best qualities is her ability and desire to dive deep into a new feature or platform updates being rolled out. She always wanted to ensure that end-users would be able to easily comprehend the complete experience. I was always impressed with her organizational skills and attention to detail. I truly believe that she can fit into any company culture.

I had the pleasure of working with Tracy for over two years on several projects requiring launch communications and custom training courses developed for impacted customers. She coordinated several simultaneous projects and had an impressive ability to tailor the content for various audiences; and always provided a highly professional and polished experience. I appreciated her friendly nature and stopping by to say hello during the day to build relationships.

Tracy and I worked together at Brightstar. She is very skilled at developing and creating compelling training and video content. She has amazing technical skills and keen attention to detail. She excels under pressure and is quite good at troubleshooting. If an issue comes up, she will do whatever it takes to analyze the issues and then come up with a solution. She is very friendly and welcoming and was always providing a welcoming needed laugh in a high-stress environment. I truly believe that she can fit into any company culture.
Jeremy Jones
Graphic Design Manager at Brightstar Corp.
Tracy is skilled communicator who focuses on defining and then achieving the desired outcome. She strives to understand the “why” of a project and then give her recommendations of the best route to achieving the outcome. She is collaborative and flexible, interpreting vague direction (and re-direction!) until the message is clear. I worked with her on internal and external content, on sales materials and regulatory training. Her commitment to getting it right made each project a pleasure – regardless of deadline – and a success.
John Harper
Global Marketing and Sales Solutions Executive at Brightstar Corp.
I met Tracy while working at Brightstar, we worked in different departments but we had to work closely together. My role as Product Manager required me to elicit Tracy’s help with training material for new product launches. Tracy is a great leader and the most fun person to work with. She asks the right questions to ensure the training material is thorough and is always on schedule. Tracy is a pleasure to work with and I believe she would be a fantastic addition to any team!
Katherin Martinez
Product Owner at Agility Recovery
I have had the opportunity to work closely with Tracy over my tenure at Brightstar, making sure I provided her the information she needed to produce thorough training for various teams. She also initiated using JIRA workflows for the L&D team’s task tracking. She can intake multiple requests from all levels of the enterprise and balance her time to engage with each customer to deliver efficiently and ensure less churn. Tracy is and would be a valuable asset for any company and customer she works with.
Katherine Rentz
Senior Scrum Master at Brightstar Corp.
Tracy and I worked together supporting an application. During that time, it became evident how technically competent she is. Tracy was able to quickly cut through the technical jargon and produce concise documentation, training, and video that was easy to understand by the end-user. In addition, Tracy led and managed other technical writers and instructional designers to follow the same high standards. I would recommend Tracy for a leadership role in the documentation and tech writer trade.
Kevin Choate
Principal Project Manager at E*Trade
I had the pleasure of working with Tracy at Brightstar for many years. During that time, I had the opportunity to collaborate with her on several projects, for both internal and external clients. It was great to work with her because she is motivated, forward-thinking, and an intelligent co-worker who has a lot of knowledge in her field. She has a good sense of people’s capacities, and, as a loyal team member, brings out the best in those around her. As a team member, Tracy earns my highest recommendation
Lena Gadayan
Sr. Online Marketing Manager at Brightstar Corp.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tracy on a few projects at Brightstar over the past few years. Her attention to detail during those projects was awesome. She would ask pointed/valid questions to ensure that we were moving in a good direction while she was gathering information needed for our training and documentation. There was more than one occasion where her question(s) actually exposed gaps in projects and allowed us to make changes before there was an impact on our process.
